Flutter Taps EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine to Enhance Customer Experience
Irish online gambling powerhouse Flutter Entertainment (formerly Paddy Power Betfair) has become the latest operator to opt for EveryMatrix’s iGaming integration platform CasinoEngine.
Under the terms of a recently inked deal between the provider of iGaming solutions and the major gambling operator, Flutter will harness its new partner’s integration platform in several regulated markets, including the UK, Spain, Italy, and Sweden.
The partnership will see Flutter gain access to an extensive list of gaming suppliers authorized to provide their products in specific markets. The operator will be able to add new content to its existing offering via a single integration.
Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and listed in the UK, Flutter boasts a customer base of more than six million gamblers from around the world. Its portfolio of brands includes Paddy Power, Betfair, Sportsbet, FanDuel, and Adjarabet, among others. The company will also soon be able to add even more brands, if it gets regulatory approval for its proposed merger with Canada’s The Stars Group, parent company of PokerStars, Sky Betting & Gaming, BetEasy, and FOX Bet.
Flutter will use EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine Direct solution that will act as an integration layer between the operator and casino content suppliers, on top of CasinoEngine’s gaming aggregation component.
The CasinoEngine Direct solution enables gambling operators to quickly enter new regulated markets or enhance their existing offering in regulated markets with relevant and market-specific titles. EveryMatrix’s content aggregator currently includes over 8,000 casino-style games from more than 140 suppliers.
Experience, Professionalism, and Reliability
Commenting on selecting EveryMatrix as their new B2B partner, Jack Dinan, Commercial Product Manager at Paddy Power Betfair, said that they are delighted to team up with the iGaming solutions provider that has impressed them with “experience, professionalism, and reliability.”
Mr. Dinan also noted that the first launch that will result from this new partnership will be in Spain and will see Flutter offer its customers “a greatly enhanced portfolio of games and a seamless experience between products.”
CasinoEngine recently passed successfully the technical assessment in Spain, which enabled the provider to partner operators looking to enter that market by offering them a wide selection of content by locally certified casino vendors.
EveryMatrix Chief Commercial Officer Stian Hornsletten said that CasinoEngine together with vendors has developed features that are compliant with Flutter’s “strict requirements for user experience and responsible gaming.”
He further explained that EveryMatrix’s UI Communication Framework has been fully integrated with the gambling operator’s MARS Framework to collect in-game messages, including real-time balance updates, toggle audio across vendors, stake updates, game load progress, and game completion, from different vendors and “present them on the operator side in a unified way.”
Mr. Hornsletten said that they believe they have “created the most player-friendly and transparent casino experience in the industry” and that Flutter choosing their CasinoEngine Direct solution was “an exceptional compliment.”
